Admission Process and Required Documents for KVS Balvatika 2023-24

The admission procedure for KVS Balvatika in the year 2023-24 is governed by certain regulations. It is important to note that the reservation under the provisions of the RTE Act-2009 is applicable only for Balvatika-3. However, the provision for admission under the Single Girl Child category does not apply to Balvatika-3.

To ensure widespread awareness, local advertisements will be issued by the respective KVs in their locality. This will ensure that interested individuals are well-informed about the admission process.

The notification, registration, and admission will be done in accordance with the Admission Schedule (Annexure-II) provided. For admission to Balvatika-3, the registration process will be conducted online. A separate registration link, along with the schedule for the draw of lots and other relevant details, will be issued.

When submitting the online application form, it is mandatory to upload scanned or digital copies of two documents – the child’s birth certificate and a photograph. These files should be in either .jpeg or .pdf format and should not exceed 256 KB in size.

Additionally, depending on the information filled in the previous sections of the online admission form, a list of documents required at the time of admission will be displayed. It is important to note that these documents need to be presented to the concerned Vidyalaya for verification, but not while submitting the online application form. Separate lists of documents will be provided for each school chosen in the application form.

KVS Balvatika Timing and Fee Structure for the year 2023-24:
• The school will operate for a duration of 03 hours per day, following a five-day week schedule. The specific timings will be determined by each Vidyalaya.
• Vacation and breaks will adhere to the existing schedule.
• Balvatika classes do not have a prescribed uniform.
• The fee structure for Balvatika classes will mirror that of Class I, as outlined in the office letter dated 31.03.2013. Payments will be collected exclusively through the UBI portal.
• Balvatika-3 will utilize the curriculum and resources recommended by NCERT. Academic resources for Balvatika classes were shared in the office letter dated 24.11.2022.

KVS Balvatika Admission Lottery Results 2023-24

The classrooms at KVS Balvatika will be transformed into vibrant and captivating spaces in order to inspire and motivate the children. Age-appropriate furniture will be acquired by each KV in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the GFR 2017. The KVs have the option to choose hexagonal tables and chairs or any other suitable design that ensures the safety of the children. Moreover, each classroom will be equipped with state-of-the-art smart class facilities, including audio systems, teaching aids, and storage facilities. To cover the initial expenses, KVS (HQs) will provide a grant of Rs 2,50,000/= (Rupees Two lakh Fifty Thousand only) to government-funded KVs.

The admission guidelines and application form for Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika-1 in the academic year 2023-24 are now available. AFS Yelahanka KV Balvatika – 1 Admission Application Form 2023-24

Balvatika classes will be introduced in 50 KVs on a pilot mode as per NEP-2020. Fresh admissions will be done as per the age groups and KVS admission guidelines. RTE Act-2009 will be applicable only at the entry level. Local advertisement will be issued by respective KVs. KV IIT Bhubaneswar Balvatika School timings will be three hours per day on a five-day week. Uniforms are not prescribed, and the fee structure will be similar to Class I.

KV School No 1 Bhathinda Balvatika – 1 Admission Application Form 2023-24

Admissions are currently available for Balvatika (Pre-Primary) for the 2023-2024 session. The age limit for admission is up to 3 years old, but not yet 4 years old for Balvatika 1, up to 4 years old, but not yet 5 years old for Balvatika 2, and up to 5 years old, but not yet 6 years old for Balvatika 3. The admission process for the academic year 2023-24 will begin on April 3, 2023, and it will be conducted offline at Balvatika. Online registrations are not allowed. Only Balvatika Class I admissions are available this year. Forms can be obtained from the Vidyalaya on the appointed dates, and they can also be downloaded from the Vidyalaya website. Registration and form issuing times are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on April 3-12, 2023, with the last day for registration being April 12, 2023, until 3:00 p.m.

KVS Dehradun IIP Balvatika – 1 Admission Application Form 2023-24

Admission registration for the Balvatika-I class for the 2023-24 session is underway at Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIP, Mohkampur, Dehradun. There is no separate quota for Single Girl Child in any of the Balvatika classes. KV School No 2 Calicut Balvatika – 1 Admission Application Form 2023-24

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Calicut Balvatika is accepting admissions for the year 2023-24. The registration process in offline mode is scheduled from Monday, 03.04.2023, to Wednesday, 12.04.2023. An announcement has been made for admission to Balvatika 2023-24 at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Golconda. The registration process begins on Monday, 3rd April 2023 at 10:00 AM and the last date for registration is Wednesday, 12th April 2023 until 4 PM. The registration form can be obtained from the Vidyalaya Office during working days, and submitted along with photo, date of birth certificate, Aadhar card, service certificate, caste certificate, residence proof and EWS/PH documents (if applicable). Admission is available only offline. KV No 1 Srinagar is now accepting admissions for Balvatika-1, Balvatika-2, Balvatika-3, and Class II to VIII for the academic session 2023-24. To initiate the registration process, applicants can download the registration form from https://no1srinagar.kvs.ac.in/ beginning on April 3, 2023. The forms must be submitted by April 12, 2023, at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 Srinagar before 2 PM along with all the relevant documents.

KV Ballygunge Balvatika – 1 Admission Application Form 2023-24

Notice of admission for Balvatika Classes I, II, and III for Session 2023-24 has been released. Interested parents can apply by using the registration form. The registration process will begin on 03/04/2023 and end at 04:00 PM on 12/04/2023. Admission to Balvatika classes in Kendriya Vidyalaya Ballygunge for the academic year 2023-24 will be according to priority and reservations given in the KVS Admission Guidelines 2023-24, based on the age groups mentioned below. Fresh admissions will be granted to these classes based on the number of vacant seats.
– Balvatika -I: Children who have completed 3 years but not yet turned 4 before 31st March 2023 (40 vacancies)
– Balvatika -II: Children who have completed 4 years but not yet turned 5 before 31st March 2023 (No vacancy)
– Balvatika -III: Children who have completed 5 years but not yet turned 6 before 31st March 2023 (2 vacancies)
Reservation under the Provisions of RTE Act-2009 applies only to the entry-level, which is Balvatika I. What are the eligibility criteria for a KV teacher?

To become a Balvatika Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya schools, the educational qualifications set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) must be met. These qualifications state that candidates should have finished Senior Secondary Class (Class 12 or comparable) with a percentage of at least 50% from a recognized board. In addition, they should possess either a two-year Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education, Pre-School Education, Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed), or a B.Ed (Nursery) from an NCTE-recognized institution.

How to Get Balvatika Admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya 2023-24

Bal Vatika School is a program designed for children as a one-year preparation before starting Grade 1. The objective of the program is to equip children with cognitive and linguistic competencies that are crucial for developing reading, writing, and numeracy skills, using a play-based approach. The selection process for KVS Balvatika consists of a written examination. As per the NPE 2022, the Balvatika Class is set to commence on a pilot mode. To facilitate this, KV intends to hire Balvatika Teachers and Caregivers via the KVS Balvatika Recruitment 2022. The written exam for KV Balvatika will contain 25 multiple-choice questions that must be completed within 30 minutes.
