Kendriya Vidyalaya School Fee Structure for the Academic Year 2023-2024

4th Quarter KV Fee Payment Last Date 2023

The process has commenced for online payment of KV fees for the fourth quarter (January to March 2024). As of today, Monday, November 6th, 2023, the data entry and verification process for the fees covering January to March will be executed. This procedure will be in progress until December 26th, 2023.

For newly enrolled students in the academic session 2023-24, the opportunity to input data, verify, and pay fees for the third quarter (October – December) is accessible from October 1st to October 31st, 2023.

During the same timeframe of October 1st to October 31st, 2023, existing students in the academic session 2023-24 can also submit fee payments for the third quarter (October – December).

We kindly request all KV Teachers to ensure that student data entry and verifications are completed before the aforementioned schedule. Additionally, please offer appropriate guidance in this matter.

To register new students and pay the KVS fee, please follow these steps:

1. Enter the student’s information using the “Data Entry” menu found in the class teacher’s log-in section under “New Admission.”
2. Verify the student details through the “Verify/Modify” menu located under “New Admission” in the teacher’s log-in.
3. Verify the student details again through the “Verify/Modify” menu in the principal’s log-in under “New Admission.”
4. Once verified, students can proceed to pay their fees, which will be available for verification or modification in the existing student’s section for subsequent quarter fee payments.

In terms of fee collection, please note the following periods for each type of KVS fee:

1. Quarterly Fee: Payments are due every year in April, July, October, and January.
2. Advance Fee: This fee can only be paid during the designated quarter fee collection month and is applicable for one academic year only.
3. Arrear Fee: This fee is payable during the quarter fee collection months or in subsequent months for previous quarters’ fees, up to a limit of one academic year.
4. New Admission Fee: This fee can be paid at any time during the academic year. Please note that Arrear and New Admission fees may be temporarily closed for a certain period due to maintenance activities.

Five Only) per day will be charged/stored until the most recent working day of the month independently.

What is the last date for KVS 3rd quarter fee payment?

The last date for Kendriya Vidyalaya’s fee payment for the third quarter is 27th December 2022.

If Any Existing Student Is Not Visible For Verification, First Deactivate And Then Activate The Student Again For Student To Be visible For Verification. 11th class admission – Verification Portal is open from 05.08.2022 to 10.08.2022. 11th class admission Fee Payment will start from 11.08.2022 onwards.

All KVS Teachers are requested to please ensure the completion of Students’ data entry & verifications at all levels before the aforesaid schedule & suitable guide.

Note: KV Fee payment made through any bank credit card at the Online KV Fee payment web portal or at PoS Machine installed in identified schools will add transaction charges @1.5% plus taxes only
Note: Please do not pay for 2nd time in case of non generation of payment receipt instantly. Parents/ Students are requested to wait at least one more working day from the date of the transaction. If still the problem exists, please proceed with a fresh transaction. Your earlier payment, if received by the bank after two working days of your first transaction, will be refunded back to your bank through the same mode automatically.
