Additionally, it is essential to allocate 3% of the seats horizontally for differently abled applicants.
KVS Parbhani Registration Process
Kendriya Vidyalaya Registration Process for Admission: The Principal will provide registration forms at no charge. However, for Class I, registration will be conducted online through the Online Admission Portal once it becomes active. For the purpose of admission, each shift of Kendriya Vidyalaya will be treated as a separate Vidyalaya.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process of filling out the application form, please have the following information ready: a valid Indian SIM card mobile number, a valid email address, a digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (in JPEG format and not exceeding 256KB in size), a scanned copy (in JPEG or PDF format and not exceeding 256KB in size) of the child’s birth certificate, details of any government certificate if applying under the economically weak section, and transfer details of the parent or grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
There are two essential steps to successfully submit an application form. First, you need to register on the portal. Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a unique Login Code, which you should carefully note down. The second step is to fill out and submit the application form. You must use the Login Code obtained during registration to log in and complete the online application form. In a single form, you can indicate up to three (3) different Vidyalayas in India without any preference among them. Once you have filled out the application form, click on the Submit Application button to submit it. Upon successful submission, you will receive a unique Application Submission Code, which is different from the Login Code. Additionally, you will be provided with a list of original documents that need to be submitted to the Vidyalaya if provisional admission is offered. Please make sure to carefully note down your Application Submission Code and the list of required documents for admission.
