The DMRC basic salary grade-by-grade table has all of the salaries for all DMRC employees. It has two main groups: the executive staff and the non-executive staff. Each group has its own salary grade and range of salaries. For example, the basic salary for non-executive staff is between Rs. 16,000 and Rs. 50,000 per month, while the basic salary for executive staff is between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 160,000 per month. There are two types of positions in the non-executive category: non-supervisor staff and supervisor staff. And the category of Executive Officers is also split into two parts: Executive BOD and Functional BOD. This salary is also boosted by benefits like medical insurance and a housing allowance. The executive staff can also get raises and promotions based on how well they do their jobs.

** Time-bound promotion for non-supervisor to grades which are operated at Supervisor level, however the Work profile of non-supervisor shall remain unchanged. Certain service benefits shall be extended, at par as admissible to supervisors in the grade. The Supervisory pay scales are also being operated in non-supervisory categories on time-bound promotions.
Admissible on the basis of the IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pattern, which is changed four times a year on April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1. In the CDA, the DA is changed twice a year, on January 1 and July 1.
During the period of deputation, the deputationist will continue to draw DA at the rates which would have been applicable to him/her, had he/she continued in DMRC.

The rate of HRA will be revised to 27%, 18% & 9% for X, Y, and Z class cities respectively when IDA crosses 25% and further revised to 30%, 20%, and 10% when IDA crosses 50%.
