The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has introduced a Single Window System for the 2024-25 admissions, streamlining the process through a unified online platform accessible to all Kendriya Vidyalaya schools nationwide. This dedicated web portal is routinely updated with necessary adjustments each year. While the website is currently available for viewing, registration for the upcoming academic year has not yet commenced. Upon the release of notifications and admission schedules by the KVS, the portal will become operational for applicant use.

Old User Registration in KVS Portal 2024-25

If you have previously registered your child in the last academic year or earlier, there is no need to re-register with your documents for your child again in the KVS admission portal! Simply log in using your existing user ID to review the previous application and make any necessary updates. Having your registered email address and mobile phone number is crucial for completing the re-registration process.

First Time User Registration in KVS Portal 2024-25

For new applicants seeking admission for the academic year 2024-25, it is mandatory to register your child’s name along with the required documents. The crucial eligibility criterion is age, where the child must be above 6 and below 8 years old as of 1st April 2024. This translates to children born between 1st April 2016 and 1st April 2018. Failure to comply with this age requirement, even by a day before or after the specified cutoff date (1st April 2024), will result in the application process being halted, with an alert message displayed.

Please refrain from rushing to register in the KVS Portal for the academic year 2024-25. KVS does not prioritize applications on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will have approximately 20 days to complete the registration process nationwide.
